Currently we are hiring for the following positions:

1. Customer Engagement Specialist

  • Understanding requirements and providing the best way to use the product
  • Maximize revenues from the same accounts by delivering the most expected content and upselling.
  • Engage customers to buy more promote more and demonstrate more loyalty.
  • To improve client engagement for a company by assisting with projects and helping solve problems.
  • Must handle clients with empathy and patience

2. Client Service Executive

  • Establishing relationship with the clients of the company.
  • Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization.
  • Employing sales skills in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Identifying as well developing sources in order to get more clients.
  • Attending meeting s clients or interacting with them via telephone or written communication.
  • Overcoming the resistance of the clients and their objections to products.
  • Maintaining accurate data base about current as well as potential clients.
  • Advising the higher management about the client needs.
  • Taking enquiry details from client accurately.
  • Preparing and providing weekly scheduled of planned activities.
  • Streamlining business operations to reduce costs.

3. Business Development Executive

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls emails linkedin and using data search tools like ZOOMINFO and SEAMLESS
  • Presenting our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

**Requirements**:

1. Must have a go-getter kind of attitude.

2. Must have excellent communications skills

3. Should be ready to work in night shift

4. Should be able to work in a team.
