Connect with clients to explain our company services and generate interest for meeting.

· The candidate will be responsible for sale of IT Recruitment Services to suitable prospects.

· Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify opportunities for new company partnerships

· Track all business development activities analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.

· Create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.

· Build & maintain healthy relation with existing/prospective clients.

· Customer database management including creating fresh database and constantly maintaining the data up to date.

· Candidate will be responsible for client acquisition and new business development within UK & EUROPE Regions.

· Strong oral and written communication skills are MUST.

· Comfortable to work with C-Level Executives.

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English (Required)
